Coming in group

Opening hours

Open Tuesday to Sunday (included), from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (last admission at 5:00p.m.), inculding public holidays. 

Open from 9:15 a.m. for school groups (subject to reservation)

Le Vaisseau is closed every Mondays , on the 1st of January, the 1st of May, the 17th and 25th of December 2017 and the first three weeks of September (from the 4th to 25th of September 2017).


  • Please note : In order to be able to offer our visitors a visit of the highest quality, the Vaisseau reserves the right to temporaly close its doors when its capacity is reached. 
  • Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to enter the Vaisseau unless accompanied by an adult aged at least 16 years old. 


Group rates

The reservation must be made at least 15 days before your visit. Our reception team is at your disposal to take into account your reservations at 00333 69 33 26 69
A hotline is provided Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 14:00 to 5:00 p.m., excluding Holidays. 

In order to book, you need the following documents :

- an agenda with possible visit slots

- the number of children and accompanying adults

Teachers are added to accompanying adult for free*  
In any case, free for (on presentation of proof )  

- Teachers from nursury school

- Staff assigned to high school librairies

- Educator, youth worker and faculty homes and specialized agencies (for disabled and foster children)

- Master’s student in preparing for careers in education or German equivalent (Auszubildene an Erzieherschulen, Lehramtsstudenten Grundschule, Lehramststudent Hauptschule/Realeschule)

*For example, a group of six children accompanied by a parent of a student and a teacher will not pay the ticket of the student’s parent (as an accompanying adult) nor that of the teacher (as a non-paying teacher).

Adults still have to pay when accompanying a birthday party.
